Bodybuilding Exercise Program

 

In the Bodybuilding Exercise Program, you will see, the number of exercises listed left side Column far exceeds what you can or should do in anyone workout. By the time you get to the competition level you should be experienced enough to make some decisions for yourself. But these are some of the criteria you should use in putting together an individual workout -

  • Make sure you include both mass building, power or ballistic exercises, plus isolation exercises to create quality in each body part.

  • Concentrate on using free weights for mass and strength, and use cables and machines more for isolation exercises.

  • Include exercises to hit every part of each muscle.
